• Misuse Of Personal Information Or Contact Details.
• False Representation Of Identity, Age, Or Marital Status.
• Sharing Explicit, Political, Or Discriminatory Content.
• Using The App For Casual Dating, Solicitation, Or Activities Outside Our Mission.

Any Violation May Lead To Temporary Suspension Or Permanent Removal From The Platform.

Your Safety And Comfort Are Our Top Priority. If You Encounter Inappropriate Behaviour, Please Report It Directly Through The App Or Contact Us At Support@Souldeeds.Org. All Reports Are Handled Confidentially And Reviewed Carefully By Our Moderation Team.

Child Safety & Protection Policy

Soul Deeds: Muslim Matrimony is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the safety and protection of children.

• Prohibition of Minors: Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the platform. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be permanently banned immediately.
• Zero Tolerance for CSAM: We have a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Sharing, posting, or transmitting any content that depicts the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• Reporting to Authorities: In compliance with global safety standards, any instance of CSAM or child exploitation will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
• Moderation: Our team regularly reviews reported content and flagged profiles to ensure a safe environment.
