Terms & Conditions

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

1.2 You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times.

1.3 Membership and participation are a privilege, not a right, and may be granted, denied, suspended, or revoked at our sole discretion.

2.1 Participation in any Soul Deeds project, program, meetup, or event requires that you successfully complete our identity verification process.

2.2 You agree to provide accurate identification and any information or documentation we reasonably request to verify your identity.

2.3 We may refuse, delay, or revoke participation for anyone who does not complete verification, whose identity cannot be verified, or who provides false or misleading information, at our sole discretion.

2.4 Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate removal and permanent ban.

4.1 Soul Deeds reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, to refuse, suspend, remove, or permanently ban (blacklist) any person from the platform and from any project, program, meetup, or event, for any lawful reason or without a stated reason, including but not limited to dishonesty, misrepresentation, harassment, or behavior that troubles, endangers, or disturbs other members.

4.2 We are under no obligation to provide any explanation, evidence, proof, or reason for any such decision, and we are not required to conduct any investigation or hearing.

4.3 Such decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

4.4 A removed or banned person is not entitled to any refund, credit, compensation, or reinstatement, except that, at our discretion, we may refund only the fees actually paid for a specific program or event the person can no longer attend, and nothing more.

4.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive and release any and all claims against Soul Deeds arising out of or relating to your removal, suspension, or ban.

5.1 Entry to all on-site (in-person) meetups and events requires a valid ticket and/or registration confirmation, which must be presented upon arrival.

5.2 We may refuse entry to any person who cannot present a valid ticket, who has not completed identity verification, or who we determine, in our sole discretion, should not be admitted.

5.3 Tickets are non-transferable unless we expressly permit otherwise.

5.4 You must follow all venue rules and the instructions of Soul Deeds hosts and volunteers at all times.

6.1 You understand that participation in community service, in-person meetups, and events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, contact with third parties, and travel to and from venues.

6.2 You voluntarily assume all such risks and participate at your own risk.

6.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and forever discharge Cool Deeds Inc., Soul Deeds, and their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and partners (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of or relating to your participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except for liability that cannot be waived by law.

7.1 Some programs or events may require a fee or ticket purchase. All fees are stated at the time of registration.

7.2 Except as expressly stated, all fees are non-refundable.

7.3 In no event will any refund or payment to you exceed the amount you actually paid to Soul Deeds for the specific program or event in question.

8.1 Soul Deeds is a community platform that helps people connect through community service and shared good. We do not guarantee any romantic, marital, social, or personal outcome.

8.2 You are solely responsible for your own interactions, decisions, and relationships with other members, and for exercising your own judgment and caution.

8.3 Soul Deeds does not guarantee the identity, character, conduct, or intentions of any member beyond its stated verification process.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from the conduct of any member or third party.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Released Parties for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, your membership, or your participation shall not exceed the total amount of fees you actually paid to Soul Deeds, if any, for the specific program or event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court for qualifying claims.

11.2 You and Soul Deeds waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. All disputes shall be brought in the parties' individual capacity only.

11.3 The arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
